Projects - Consultancy

With an extensive knowledge on the development of projects in a variety of cultures and circumstance, especially in the initial stages of a new project, JNE&LC can assist in guiding a project through these first steps. With the help of specially developed tools, such as a Preliminary Feasibility Study model, a project could be quickly defined and be given a first, rough shape. This can then be a tool in the further development of the project, if necessary with the aid of further specialists for certain specific tasks.

JNE&LC can also be helpful in the selection of these specialists as well as the further selection of qualified suppliers for the project, once it moves into the relevant phase. When it comes to implementation, the company can provide project management services to ensure a smooth execution from start to finish.

Below are two examples of JNE&LC's consultancy projects in the Asian and Middle Eastern markets:

Eye on Malaysia

  • In preparation for the celebration of 50 years of independence, the government of Malaysia was looking for a signature project to launch the Visit Malaysia Year 2007. It chose to have a 60 meter tall observation wheel in the capital Kuala Lumpur. In cooperation with partner MST Ad Suria, JN Entertainment & Leisure Consultancy sourced the attraction, arranged the financing, installed and set up operations for the Eye on Malaysia. The attraction was opened by the Prime Minister of Malaysia.
  • Originally estimated to have 360,000 visitors in one year, the project became a sound success, realising more than one million visitors in less than 10 months. This success prompted the government to extend the project with another 8 months. By the end, almost two millions visitors has enjoyed views over the skyline of Kuala Lumpur.

Ezam

  • Ride Analysis Report with analysis of the layout and the mix of attractions advise on the potential suppliers for the attractions for a new theme park project in Tehran, Iran for Ezam Investment Company.
